Our Mclogan emulsion scoop coater is dual sided for either a thin coat of emulsion for higher screen mesh, or a rounded dull edge for coating lower mesh screens. Our scoop coaters are made from T6 aluminum, this coater is easy to hold, sits easily on flat surface between coats, and holds a good amount of emulsion for coating multiple screens at a time.
The scoop coater comes complete with glued on injection molded end caps, As well as a full top snap on dust cover to prevent dust particles from mixing with the emuslion between screens.
