We offer 23” x 31” aluminum screens, which allows a print area of 12.5” x 16”. Using our state-of-the-art X-VACTOR LED Vacuum exposure unit, custom drying system, and the Epson T3270 film output printer, you can expect the best screen burns around! These high-quality, pre-stretched screens will give you a premium print every time. High detail, fine lines, and CMYK printing are made easy with McLogan Supply pre-exposed screens. Recommended squeegee size is 15”.  Our shop is environmentally friendly, and we filter out harmful chemicals during the washing process. 

Simply select your mesh count and type of ink to be used on the screen and add the item to your cart.  For multiple-color orders, please order one screen per color. Once the checkout process is completed, you will be prompted with a file uploader after payment.  Please specify artwork placement in comments on the checkout page (i.e. left chest, chest center, back center, centered on the screen, etc.). 

Please refer to our artwork guidelines on the features tab above before submitting artwork.  Please note, if your artwork is not properly formatted, we will email you with the changes that need to be made (this will delay the service).  If McLogan Supply is required to make the changes, they will be billed at $100 per hour and will delay your order.

Screen orders ship within 3 business days of order.  (This can be delayed if the artwork is not submitted correctly).  - Expedited shipping (3 day, 2 day, next day) will NOT speed up the process of screen production. 

Orders for will-call pick up at either Santa Ana or San Diego may take up to 1 additional week to arrive.  If you need the screens faster, please choose to have the order shipped directly to your address.

Selecting Mesh count:

General Guidelines:  Lower Mesh = More ink, less detail - Higher Mesh = More detail, less ink

  • 110 Mesh - Most common mesh count for printing with white plastisol ink. Not recommended for water-based inks.

  • 160 Mesh - Most popular mesh count. Works well with a wide variety of ink types and substrates.

  • 200-230 Mesh - Commonly used for high detail artwork, printing with water-based inks on wood or paper.

  • 280-305 Mesh - Used for super fine detail artwork, halftones, CMYK process printing, solvent, and water-based inks.
