E-Zee Cut® Super Hefty Plus “Just Right” Cut Away Stabilizer – 3.1 oz. (White) – 7.5" x 8" Pre-Cuts – 250 Pack

E-Zee Cut® Super Hefty Plus “Just Right” 3.1 oz. is a heavy-weight cut away embroidery stabilizer designed to provide strong support for high stitch count and high-density embroidery designs. Its soft hand and durable structure make it ideal for larger embroidery applications while maintaining comfort on garments.

This stabilizer is commonly used for full jacket back designs, full front sweatshirt embroidery, and other large or dense designs. It provides the stability needed for knits, fleece, and stretchy fabrics, helping maintain design clarity and preventing distortion during stitching and after repeated washing.

The convenient 7.5" x 8" pre-cut sheets help streamline embroidery production by reducing preparation time and ensuring consistent hooping.

How to Use

  1. Select a pre-cut sheet or cut a piece from the roll that fits your hoop size.

  2. Place the stabilizer underneath the garment and hoop the fabric.

  3. Embroider the design.

  4. Remove the garment from the hoop and trim the excess stabilizer with sharp scissors, leaving approximately ¼ inch around the edge of the design.

  5. Round the corners of the remaining stabilizer to help prevent curling after washing.

Helpful Tip
To avoid cutting the garment while trimming, hold the stabilizer firmly and allow the garment to drape downward. Position the material so you can clearly see both the edge of the embroidery and the fabric while trimming the excess backing.
