At McLogan Supply Company, we are committed to ensuring that every purchase meets our rigorous standards of customer satisfaction. The following Return and Exchange Policy is hereby set forth to govern all returns, exchanges, and refunds, and by placing an order with McLogan Supply Company, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
I. General Policy Provisions
Any product purchased through our online store may be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery, subject to the exceptions detailed herein. In instances where a shipment is received with visible damage or missing items, such discrepancies must be reported to McLogan Supply Company within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Refunds shall be granted only for products that remain unopened, unused, and in their factory-new condition as sold directly through our website. It is understood that, due to the nature of our business, refunds or returns on used products shall not be accepted, and any unauthorized return shall be deemed null and void. Should any return lack essential components—including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packaging, or retail packaging—the customer acknowledges that a full refund shall not be issued.
II. Special Exclusions and Limitations
Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, products manufactured by or under the brands Roland, Epson, Image Armor, DTF Station, Prestige, STS, and BAI shall be ineligible for return. In cases where a machine is determined to be defective, such machine shall be eligible solely for a replacement or repair in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty and subject to the manufacturer’s sole discretion.
Furthermore, custom orders, special orders, and wholesale orders are excluded from any right of return or cancellation. Special orders are to be paid in full and, if cancelled, may incur a cancellation fee of twenty-five percent (25%) or more. All digital items are deemed non-refundable. Should a used product be accepted for return under any circumstance, McLogan Supply Company reserves the right to impose a restocking fee of no less than twenty-five percent (25%).
III. Return Shipping and Processing
The customer shall bear all costs associated with the return shipping of any item, except where such costs arise from a mistake on the part of McLogan Supply Company or where the item received is damaged or defective. It is imperative that all returned items be shipped via a trackable shipping service. All original shipping and handling fees are strictly nonrefundable and shall be deducted from any refund issued. No return shall be accepted without a prior issuance of a return merchandise authorization (“RMA”) number, which may be obtained by contacting our customer service at internet@mclogan.com. Any item returned due to an undeliverable address shall be subject to a restocking fee of ten percent (10%).
IV. Damaged or Defective Items
In the event that an item is received damaged in transit, the recipient must retain all original packaging, including the outer carton, manufacturer packaging, and all other packing materials until such time as a carrier claim has been fully processed. The customer is required to document the damage by taking photographs of the exterior of the carton clearly displaying the damage, as well as photographs of the interior packaging, the damaged item itself, and the shipping label or bill of lading. In addition, a photograph of the equipment’s serial number must be provided. The customer shall then promptly email the documented evidence along with a detailed description of the damage or defect to internet@mclogan.com in order to request a refund or replacement.
V. Detailed Return, Refund, and Exchange Procedures
A. Returns
Upon receipt of an order, the customer is advised to inspect the shipment immediately. Should any damage be noted, the product may be returned for either a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, and must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase such as an order number or receipt. Items that are inherently ineligible for return include equipment, personalized or customized products, items exhibiting screen burns, and roll products that have been slit. All sales involving special orders or closeouts are final.
B. Initiation of a Return
A customer seeking to initiate a return must contact the Customer Support Team at internet@mclogan.com within twenty (20) days from the receipt of the order to secure a return authorization. The customer shall then package the item carefully, including all accompanying accessories and documentation, clearly marking the order number on the package, and ship it via a trackable shipping method. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain the tracking information for their records.
C. Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item to ensure compliance with this Policy, McLogan Supply Company shall process a refund to the original method of payment. The customer is advised that it may take between two (2) to five (5) business days for the refund to be reflected on the respective account. In cases where a cash transaction was used, refunds shall be issued via check within seven (7) to ten (10) business days, provided that the customer furnishes a valid shipping address. The original shipping charge incurred by McLogan Supply Company shall be deducted from the refunded amount.
D. Exchanges
If an exchange is desired in lieu of a refund, the customer must follow the standard return process and expressly indicate that the purpose of the return is for an exchange. Upon confirming the eligibility of the return, McLogan Supply Company shall dispatch a replacement item to the customer.
E. Shipping Costs and Restocking Fee
The customer shall bear all shipping costs associated with the return or exchange of any item, unless such costs are due to an error on the part of McLogan Supply Company or the item in question is damaged or defective. In the case of returns, a restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) shall be imposed, and the shipping fee from the initial delivery shall be deducted from the refund.
F. Non-Refundable Items
It is further stipulated that all sales involving special orders, promotions, and closeouts, as well as sales of equipment, personalized or customized products, items exhibiting screen burns, and slit roll products, are final and non-refundable.
