RhinoMite RMA3500 Two-Part Adhesive

Professional Frame Adhesive for All Mesh and Frame Types

RhinoMite RMA3500 is a premium two-part adhesive designed for bonding all types of mesh to both aluminum and wood frames. Known for its fast drying time (10–15 minutes) and exceptional bond strength, it delivers high performance even under harsh environmental conditions.

Mixing Ratios

  • 64 g (2 oz.) Catalyst per 1 Gallon RhinoMite

  • 20 g (¼ oz.) Catalyst per 1 Quart RhinoMite

  • Catalyst ratio: 1.5% by weight

Pot Life

Once mixed, the adhesive remains usable for 3–5 days when stored in a sealed container.

Application Instructions

  1. Mix: Combine RhinoMite RMA3500 with RMC-4 Catalyst per the ratios above.

  2. Prime (for aluminum frames): Apply a thin layer and let dry before stretching the mesh.

  3. Stretch Mesh: Ensure the fabric is in full contact with the frame; apply light weights if needed.

  4. Apply Adhesive: Use a plastic squeegee or short-bristle brush to push the adhesive through the mesh for a strong bond.

  5. Dry: Allow 10–15 minutes to dry before removing the frame from the stretcher. Trim any excess mesh.

  6. Cure: Adhesive continues to cure over the next 24 hours for maximum strength.
