Ronan Superfine Japan Colors

Japan Colors are finely ground, lead-free, flat, quick-drying semi-paste colors designed for a wide range of graphic and professional art applications. This traditional product is an ideal replacement for poster paints and is commonly used for paper signs and reverse glass work.

Japan Colors are widely used by furniture and cabinet refinishers for decorative applications, as well as by specialty painters and scenic artists for aging, faux finishes, marbleizing, and glazing. They are also excellent for creating stains or glazes in wet-in-wet techniques to achieve artistic effects such as dirt, age, smoke damage, and simulated marble or wood grain.

Dry Time: @70 F; 50% Relative Humidity: 

Dries to touch - 1 hour; to handle: 2 hours; to recoat - 8 hours. Full cure - 24 hours. Will take longer to dry under colder or more humid conditions.

Application Methods: Apply by brush, roller or spray.
