151 Gold Glitter

151 Gold Glitter provides a bright, non-tarnishing metallic glitter to printed garments. The inks consist of a glitter flake in a low bleed, low fusion, easy to print base. As part International Coating's Multipurpose line, 151 Gold Glitter is a non-phthalate direct print plastisol ink.

Recommended Fabrics:
100% Cotton and some cotton/poly blends.
Test for possible dye migration or bleeding before beginning production.

Mesh:
25 - 30 threads/in Monofilament

Squeegee:
65-70 Durometer: Sharp or beveled edge.

Emulsion:
Any direct or indirect emulsion

Curing:
325°F for entire ink film
Test dryer temperatures and wash test printed product before production run.

Wash Up:
Any environmentally friendly plastisol screen wash

Storage:
Recommend storage at 65°F to 90°F. Avoid storage in direct sunlight and moist, humid air.
