FEATURES

Introducing 3809 FX Gel Gloss Clear! This non-phthalate plastisol ink will make your designs look like they just stepped out of a refreshing shower—permanently glistening with that "wet" look when printed over other flashed plastisol inks.

Versatility at Its Best: Use FX Gel Gloss Clear as a low-tack glitter base for that "dry look" (perfect for those who hate getting their hands wet) or go wild with a hand-dipped effect. Feeling fancy? It's also a clear carrier/adhesive for PVC or glass caviar beads, because why not?

SPOT FLASHING

Get Your Flash On: 3809 FX Gel Gloss Clear dries in a flash—literally. Just be careful with the heat, or you'll end up with a tacky mess. When spot drying, aim for that sweet spot where it's dry to the touch but not fully fused, like a firm handshake, not a death grip. Fully fusing the underprint could cause inter-coat drama with the inks printed on top. Save the final curing for the dryer.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • No Modding Needed: Print straight from the container without any modifications. Use it as a final overprint (print-flash-print method) to achieve that glossy, just-rained-on look. No wet-on-wet printing allowed unless you want a sticky situation.

  • Cool Off, Seriously: Make sure the 3809 FX Gel Gloss Clear is fully cured before admiring your work. Let it cool before stacking to keep that gloss level at its peak. Hot stacking is a no-no unless you enjoy diminishing returns.

  • Laundry Day Tips: For best durability, hand wash or machine wash (delicate cycle) inside out and dry on low heat. No bleach, no dry cleaning, and definitely no ironing on the printed area. It's ink, not an iron-on patch!

  • Fabric Foe: This is not a low-bleed product, so be cautious about printing over inks or underbases with blowing agents. Always test your fabrics before going full production.

  • HD Effects: Want to add some height to your prints? Use a 200 to 600 micron capillary film for that high-definition, raised look.

  • Test, Test, Test: Check your dryer temperatures and wash test your printed products before and during your production run to avoid any nasty surprises.
