The sheets are compatible with all DTF printers, including DTF Station Prestige and others.

Specifications:

  • Thickness: 85µm
  • Suggested Curing Temp: 125°C (257°F) for shaker machines or curing ovens (60 sec with curing ovens)
  • Suggested Transfer Temp & Time: 130-140°C (266-284°F) for 10-15 seconds

Instructions:

  1. Print your design onto the matte side of the Insta Peel Sheet in mirror mode (CMYK >> White Ink).
  2. Apply hot melt powder evenly and remove any excess.
  3. Cure the powder using the recommended temperature.
  4. Transfer the design using a heat press at medium pressure with the suggested temperature and time.
  5. Peel the film immediately for smooth, perfect results.
  6. For an enhanced, softer hand feel, press again at 137°C (280°F) for 5 seconds with medium pressure.
