PalletGel Adhesive for Screen Printing Pallets

  • Durable Gel Adhesive: With a 1mm thick gel layer on the garment side, PalletGel provides long-lasting adhesion, performing consistently for several months.

  • Easy to Clean: Lint and debris can be effortlessly removed using water and a scrub pad, maintaining a clean surface for smooth printing.

  • Heat-Activated Color Change: PalletGel changes from green to yellow when your pallets reach 120°F, indicating they're properly preheated. Warm pallets:

    • Enhance ink flow through the mesh
    • Prevent ink from sticking to the bottom of your screens
    • Ensure consistent print quality from start to finish
    • Reduce flash curing time for faster production
  • Simple Application: PalletGel is applied directly to your pallets, eliminating the need for paper pallet tape. The film release liners on both sides ensure a smooth and easy installation process.

  • Made in the USA: Proudly manufactured in Noblesville, Indiana.

  • Patent Pending: Available for pre-order now, with release in November 2024.

Application Instructions for PalletGel

Step 1: Clean the Pallets
For the best adhesion, ensure your pallets are clean and dry before applying PalletGel.

Step 2: Apply PalletGel
Start by placing the back edge of PalletGel directly on the pallet. Hold the opposite end up while using a squeegee or rigid card to smoothly press the gel onto the pallet, working carefully to avoid air bubbles. Take your time, as PalletGel is designed to stay in place for an extended period.

Step 3: Tape the Edges (Important)
After removing the top release liner, use masking tape to secure all four edges of the PalletGel to the pallet. This step helps garments slide easily on and off the pallets and ensures PalletGel remains firmly in place over time.

Step 4: Clean as Needed
To remove lint, use water and a scrub pad. Once the water evaporates, PalletGel will regain its stickiness. For ink spills, clean with on-press cleaner to prevent buildup.
