Recommended for Fine Mesh:
For very high mesh counts, RhinoMite may be thinned up to 10% by volume to improve mesh penetration and bonding performance.

Application Instructions:

  1. Mix the RMC-4 Catalyst into the RMA3300 adhesive according to the recommended ratio.
  2. Prime aluminum frames with a thin layer of adhesive and allow it to dry.
  3. Stretch mesh over the frame, ensuring proper contact with the frame surface.
  4. Apply adhesive using a plastic squeegee or short-bristle brush to force the adhesive through the mesh for maximum bond strength.
  5. Allow adhesive to dry for approximately 10–15 minutes.
  6. Remove the frame from the stretcher and trim excess mesh once cured.

Please note that while the adhesive sets quickly, full curing continues over a 24-hour period for maximum bond strength.
