1. Ink Removal and Cleanup

  • Acetone is often used to clean screens, squeegees, and other equipment after printing. It's especially effective for removing stubborn inks, such as plastisol, solvent-based, or UV-cured inks, which can be difficult to clean with milder solvents.
  • By applying acetone to a rag or directly onto the screen, it dissolves and breaks down the ink, making it easier to wipe away. This helps prevent ink buildup on screens, which can interfere with future prints.

2. Degreasing Screens
