The Screen Printing Plastisol Transfer Powder enhances the heat transfer process for plastisol ink. This bonding powder ensures smoother ink transfers onto various materials, extending print longevity and washability compared to transfers without powder. Ideal for foil transfers, it securely bonds garments to foil for durable results.

Instructions:

1. Pre-shrink transfer paper by running it through a dryer before use.
2. Burn your image in reverse to ensure correct orientation after heat pressing.
3. Maintain approximately 1/8 inch off-contact distance.
4. When printing multiple colors, use a quick flash to avoid excessive paper shrinkage before the next color print.
5. After printing, partially cure the image, leaving it slightly wet for optimal adhesion powder application.
6. Dip the transfer paper into a bucket of powder, ensuring full coverage over the printed area using gloves.
7. Dry the powdered print to gel the ink; adjust the temperature based on ink type 
8. Return excess powder to the container promptly to prevent moisture damage.

Warning: Store powder in a sealed container to prevent exposure to moisture, which can compromise its effectiveness.
