Flat Rate Shipping
Online orders only. Flat Rate Shipping is not available for customers shipping to Alaska for Hawaii.
Shipping Charges
McLogan Supply Company will ship your order directly to your door via UPS OR ONTRAC. Whatever is best suited for McLogan Supply.
Although our website accepts orders 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, we only process orders during our hours of operation.
Usual delivery time is 3-7 working days within the United States and 10-15 days international. You will be promptly informed of any delivery delays.
Products that offer free shipping are for the continental 48 U.S. States. Alaska and Hawaii will require shipping
Returns & Exchanges
McLogan Supply Company strives to provide the best possible service to our customers while keeping our prices competitive. We make every effort to be sure your ordering experience is pleasant and that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
When you receive your order please look it over carefully and make sure you received what you ordered.
McLogan Supply Company will gladly accept your returns, should it be necessary, as outlined below.
- You may return an item for exchange or refund if the product arrives damaged.
- Returned items must be returned to McLogan Supply Company within 7 days of receipt of order.
- Returned items must also be authorized. To authorize a return please call (213) 749-2262.
- Freights for products being returned paid by customers. no CODs, freights on wrong shipment will be paid by McLogan Supply Co., Inc.
- Returns will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee and customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
- Should the customer return the item(s), the shipping charge we incurred to originally ship the order will be deducted from the refund.
- All sales on special orders and close outs are final.
Sales Tax
If you reside in California and are not a reseller or tax free governmental agency we will add applicable sales tax.
