Warranty Policy

The Prestige R1 includes a 1-year limited warranty on non-consumable parts. Consumable items such as ink, film, and powder are not covered.
The printhead carries a conditional warranty, which requires the printer to be used with official DTF Station supplies (inks, films, and powders). Use of third-party consumables will void coverage.
If a defect arises within the first 90 days that cannot be repaired, the unit may be replaced with a new printer. After 90 days and within the warranty period, replacement units may be new or refurbished.
DTF Station also offers a Total Peace of Mind Agreement, extending warranty coverage for an additional 12 months. This extension includes one additional printhead replacement and continued coverage on non-consumable parts.
Printheads purchased separately carry a 14-day warranty from the date of receipt.
