E-Zee Cut Super Hefty 3.0 oz. is a durable, heavy-weight Cut Away stabilizer designed for embroidering on knits and lightly woven fabrics. This stabilizer features a lofty, ultra-soft hand that works wonderfully with high stitch count and high-density designs, making it perfect for large embroidery projects such as full jacket backs and sweatshirt fronts.
It provides crisp, defined designs while maintaining its structure even after multiple washes. Ideal for use with heavy fleece, knits, and stretchy fabrics, this backing is especially suited for unstable fabrics and knits that require extra stability.

How to Use: Cut a piece of the stabilizer to fit your hoop size, or use a pre-cut piece of E-Zee Cut® Super Hefty. Place the backing underneath the garment and hoop it. Once the design is embroidered, remove the item from the hoop. Trim the excess stabilizer with sharp scissors or shears, leaving about ¼” around the design. For best results, round the corners of the backing to prevent curling over time.
Helpful Tip: To avoid damaging the fabric when trimming, hold the stabilizer securely while letting the garment drape. Make sure you can see both the fabric edge and the embroidered design to trim accurately.
