Fresno Open House Affiliate Program Agreement

McLogan Supply Co., Inc. ("McLogan," "We," "Our," or "Us") offers an affiliate program designed to reward participants who refer others to register for our Fresno Open House event. By enrolling in this program, you ("Affiliate," "You," or "Your") agree to the following Affiliate Terms & Conditions ("Agreement").

BY REGISTERING AS AN AFFILIATE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM.

1. ELIGIBILITY

To participate in the McLogan Affiliate Program, you must be:

  • At least 18 years old

  • A legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia

  • Not an employee or immediate family member of McLogan Supply or any of its partners

This program is void where prohibited by law.

2. CONTEST PERIOD

The Affiliate Program begins on July 22, 2025 and ends on September 12, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST ("Contest Period"). Only verified RSVPs tracked during this period will be counted toward affiliate rewards.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Affiliates will receive a unique referral link upon registration. You may promote this link through email, social media, or other legal means. Each unique, valid RSVP generated through your link will count as one attendee toward your referral total.

McLogan reserves the right to disqualify any entries deemed fraudulent, suspicious, or violating these Terms.

4. AFFILIATE BONUS TIERS

Affiliates will earn rewards based on the number of verified RSVP referrals made during the Contest Period:

 30 Attendees = Free Seat in a Future McLogan Class + $250 McLogan Gift Card

Includes: Screen Printing 101 Class registration, $250 gift card, embroidered hat or shirt, premium squeegee, and branded thank-you pack.

 15 Attendees = Supply Pack Bonus + $50 McLogan Gift Card

Includes: Choice between Screen Printing DIY Kit or Cameo Craft Bundle, plus $50 gift card.

 5 Attendees = Digital Bonus Pack + $25 Coupon

Includes: Access to the Digital Print Pro Pack, bonus downloads (design templates, shop checklist), and $25 off $75+ coupon.

All rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. McLogan reserves the right to substitute rewards with items of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. VERIFICATION & REWARD DISTRIBUTION

Referral totals will be verified by McLogan after the contest ends. Affiliates will be contacted within 7 days to confirm their rewards. Prizes will be distributed digitally or shipped within 30 days of verification.

Affiliates must respond to reward notifications within 7 days or forfeit eligibility.

6. MARKETING GUIDELINES

Affiliates must comply with all FTC regulations, including proper disclosures. Examples of permitted language:

  • "As a McLogan Affiliate, I may earn rewards for sharing this link."

  • Use of #ad or #affiliate when promoting on social media

You may not:

  • Use McLogan’s brand name in paid search ads

  • Misrepresent yourself as an employee or representative of McLogan

  • Make misleading claims about event benefits or your relationship to McLogan

7. TERMINATION

McLogan may terminate or suspend your participation at any time for violations of this Agreement or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will forfeit any pending rewards.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials provided to Affiliates, including brand assets, are the sole property of McLogan. You may not alter or misuse these materials. Confidential business or marketing strategies may not be disclosed to third parties.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

McLogan is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues affecting link tracking

  • Delayed or lost communications

  • Failure to receive rewards due to inaccurate contact information

In no event shall McLogan’s liability exceed the value of the rewards offered.

10. MODIFICATIONS

McLogan reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

12. ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

You agree to resolve any dispute arising out of this Agreement through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial.

By registering as an Affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
