McLogan Supply Fresno Open House Giveaway Terms & Conditions
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. SPONSOR
The Giveaway is sponsored by McLogan Supply Co., Inc. ("Sponsor" or "McLogan"), located at 2010 Main St, Los Angeles, CA 90007.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The McLogan Fresno Open House Affiliate Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or household members of each such employee are not eligible.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law, including but not limited to jurisdictions with restrictive sweepstakes or promotional contest laws.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on July 22, 2025, and ends on September 12, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST ("Entry Period"). Sponsor is the official timekeeper.
4. HOW TO ENTER
4.1 Affiliate Entry: Register as a McLogan Affiliate and share your unique referral link to encourage RSVPs to the McLogan Fresno Open House event. Each verified RSVP submitted through your link counts toward your total referrals.
5. PRIZE STRUCTURE
Rewards are awarded based on successful referrals. Verified RSVPs are tracked via the affiliate platform. Prizes will be distributed after event verification.

All prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to availability. McLogan reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item of equal or greater value at its discretion.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION
Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their affiliate registration within 7 days after the event ends. Winners must respond within 72 hours to confirm acceptance and complete any verification steps.
Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, tax forms, and, where legally permissible, a publicity release. Failure to comply or return documents within 7 days will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of referrals made. Making more referrals increases the chances of reaching higher-tier rewards.
8. TAXES
Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance. Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099 or other applicable documentation as required by law.
9. PRIVACY
Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway is governed by McLogan’s Privacy Policy available at www.mclogan.com/privacy-policy. By entering, you agree to receive emails or communications related to the Giveaway.
10. DISQUALIFICATION
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

Submits false, misleading, or incomplete information;

Uses bots, fake email accounts, or deceptive referral methods;

Engages in harassment or abuse toward McLogan staff or other participants;

Violates these Official Rules or any applicable law.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless McLogan Supply and its affiliates, agents, and employees from any liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in this Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.
McLogan is not responsible for:

Lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable email or mail;

Technical malfunctions or human error;

Inability to access the website or affiliate platform.
12. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited, by entering, participants grant McLogan permission to use their name, image, likeness, and hometown for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
14. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT & CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action. You agree that arbitration shall occur individually and not as part of a collective or representative proceeding.
15. SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
16. MODIFICATION & TERMINATION
McLogan reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Giveaway or these Terms at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failure, or force majeure events.
