Your rewards points are connected to your McLogan account. If you are not logged in, your points balance will not appear.

Follow these steps whenever you are ready to turn your points into savings.
Your rewards points are connected to your McLogan account. If you are not logged in, your points balance will not appear.
Select the orange Rewards button located at the bottom left of the McLogan website.
Your rewards dashboard displays your current points, expiration information, ways to earn points, and available rewards.
You can also open the rewards dashboard directly:
Inside the Rewards panel, select Ways to redeem to see the rewards currently available to you.

Select View next to the coupon you want to redeem.
The reward details will show:
Choose the reward amount that works best with your current points balance.
Select Redeem. Your points will be deducted and a unique reward code will be generated immediately.
The confirmation screen will display:
Keep your code. Your discount code is also automatically emailed to you after redemption.

You have two ways to use your reward code.
Only one discount code can be used per order. Reward codes cannot be stacked with promo codes or other discount codes.
Continue through checkout on McLogan.com as normal.
Before submitting payment, confirm your reward appears in the discount section. If your cart meets the reward conditions, the discount will be reflected before you complete your purchase.
Keep these rules in mind when earning or redeeming McLogan Rewards.
Reward codes should be used when checking out directly on McLogan.com. Rewards are not supported through Shop App checkout.
Reward codes cannot be combined with another promo code or discount code on the same order.
Rewards apply only to eligible products. Some equipment and specialty items may be excluded.
Rewards apply to qualifying one-time purchases. Once a reward code has been used, that code cannot be reused.
Once generated, your reward code can be saved and used on a future eligible order.
NET 30 accounts are not eligible to participate in McLogan Rewards.

Yes. McLogan Rewards points expire after 6 months of inactivity on your rewards account.
If there is no qualifying rewards activity for six consecutive months, your entire points balance will reset to zero.

Individual points do not have separate expiration dates. The expiration date is based on your most recent rewards activity. Each time you earn or redeem points, the six-month inactivity period resets.
McLogan sends a reminder email approximately 30 days before your points are scheduled to expire.
To make sure you receive expiration reminders:
If your account previously had points and now shows a balance of zero, the most likely reason is that there was no rewards activity for six months and your existing balance expired.
New eligible purchases will begin earning new points, which will create a new active rewards balance.
Some equipment and specialty products may be excluded from rewards.
