How to Redeem Points, Earn Points, and Fix Common Issues
Welcome to the McLogan Rewards Help Center. This page will show you exactly how to redeem your rewards points, how to apply your discount code during checkout, and how to resolve the most common issues customers experience.
If you are new to our rewards program or you just need help finding your reward code, you are in the right place.
How to Redeem Your McLogan Rewards Points
Follow these steps each time you want to turn your points into savings.
Step 1: Log in to your McLogan account
Your points are connected to your account. If you are not logged in, your balance will not appear.
Step 2: Open the Rewards Panel
Tap the orange Rewards button located at the bottom left corner of the website.
This opens your rewards dashboard, where you can see your points, expiration date, earning options, and redeemable rewards.

Step 3: Select “Ways to Redeem”
Inside the Rewards panel, tap Ways to redeem.

Step 4: Select the Reward You Want
Tap View next to the coupon you want.
You will see the reward details screen showing:

The coupon amount

The number of points required

A brief note: “Applies to one-time purchases.”

An orange Redeem button

Choose the reward amount you want to redeem based on your current points balance.
Step 5: Tap “Redeem” to Generate Your Discount Code
When you tap Redeem, your points are deducted, and your reward code is created instantly.
The next screen will show:

The reward you redeemed

The note “Spent X points”

A unique discount code
-
A copy icon

An orange Apply code button
Your discount code is also emailed to you automatically.

Step 6: Apply the reward code at checkout
You have two options:
Option A: Apply Code
Tap Apply code, and the reward is sent to your cart.
You may see a note saying some discounts are not visible until all conditions are met. This is normal.
Option B: Copy the Code Manually
Tap the copy icon and paste the code into the discount box during checkout.
Only one code can be used per order, so reward codes cannot stack with promo codes or other discounts.
Step 7: Complete Checkout
Continue through checkout on McLogan.com as normal.
On the payment page, confirm your reward code is applied in the discount section.
If your cart meets all conditions, the discount will display before you finalize payment.
Important Notes
Checkout must be done on McLogan.com
Reward codes do not apply through the Shop App checkout.
Only one discount code per order
Reward codes cannot be combined with promo codes or automatic discounts.
Rewards apply to one-time purchases
Once redeemed and used, the code cannot be reused.
Shop App checkout does not support rewards codes
If you normally check out through the Shop App, your reward code will not appear or apply.
Please check out directly on McLogan.com to use your points.
Rewards apply to eligible items only
Some equipment and specialty items may not qualify for discount codes.
Codes must be entered manually
Redeeming points does not automatically apply a discount.
You must copy and paste the code during checkout.
Troubleshooting
Issue: I redeemed a reward, but I cannot find the code
Your code will be sent to your email immediately.
Search for:
Subject line: Your $30 off coupon confirmation
You can also find unused or previously redeemed codes in the Rewards dashboard under “Your Rewards.”
Issue: My points are not showing up
Check these items:

You must be logged into your McLogan account

If you checked out as a guest, points cannot be added

If you checked out through Shop App, points may not have tracked
-
Your account may have been inactive for 6 months and points expired

You may have used a different email address at checkout
Issue: My reward code says invalid or does not apply
Common reasons:

Only one discount code can be used per order

Reward codes cannot be stacked with promo codes

Items in your cart may not be eligible

Code must be entered exactly as shown

Checkout must be completed on McLogan.com and not Shop App
Issue: I redeemed the wrong amount of points
Codes cannot be reversed once created, but you can save the code for a future order.
Your points will refresh after you place your next order.
You must email marketing@mclogan.com for any coupon that you would want refunded to your reward balance.
Issue: I do not see the “Rewards” button
This can be caused by:

Private browsing mode

VPN extensions
- Page is zoomed in
Try refreshing your page or switching to a standard browser session from a different browser.
How to Earn McLogan Rewards Points
Earn points every time you shop. You can gain points by:

Creating a McLogan account

Completing purchases
-
Celebrating your birthday

Engaging with select promotions

Leaving product reviews during eligible campaigns
Your full balance is always visible in the Rewards widget.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I combine a reward code with a promo code?
No. Only one discount code can be used per order.
Do reward codes expire?
Codes do not expire right away. Points do expire after 6 months of inactivity, and you will receive a warning email 30 days before expiration.
Can I use points on equipment?
Some equipment items may be excluded from rewards.
Can I check out with rewards through Shop App?
No. Please purchase directly through McLogan.com to apply your discount.
Can I save my code and use it later?
Yes. Your code will remain valid until you use it.
Can I use rewards if I have a NET 30 account?
No. NET 30 accounts are not eligible for rewards.
