Matsui 301 Neo Color Pigments

Neo Pigments are a collection of 13 concentrated, eco-friendly pigments designed to be mixed with Matsui bases to create a wide array of colors, including Pantone® colors. These high-concentrate pigments offer excellent printability and versatility for screen printing applications.
