Recommended Use

For softer prints on light-colored fabrics, add approximately 20% to 25% by volume to the plastisol ink and mix thoroughly before printing.

When printing on dark garments or polyester fabrics, use an appropriate white underbase. Adding excessive amounts of reducers or other additives can affect curing, color performance, and dye-migration resistance. Always test the finished print for proper cure and wash durability before beginning production.

Application Specifications

• Recommended mesh: 110 to 305 threads per inch
• Squeegee: 65 to 70 durometer with a sharp edge
• Cure temperature: 325°F, or 163°C, throughout the entire ink film
• Recommended fabrics: 100% cotton and 50/50 cotton-polyester blends
• Cleanup: Plastisol screen wash
• Storage: Keep tightly sealed between 65°F and 90°F and away from direct sunlight

International Coatings recommends using 720 Softhand Clear Base at 20% to 25% by volume for softer prints and curing the complete ink film at 325°F.
