APEX M15 15 Station Fully Automatic Mug Heat Press

XM15-Station Robotic Auto Mug Heat Press

The APEX XM15-Station Robotic Auto Mug Heat Press is built for the speed, consistency, and automation demands of today’s print-on-demand market. Designed with a fully automated workflow, it handles mug feeding, positioning, heating, pressing, transfer movement, and cooling of 11oz mugs with minimal manual involvement, helping businesses increase output while reducing labor intensity.

Powered by advanced robotics, a high-precision guide rail system, and mechanical gripping claws, the machine delivers smoother movement and more accurate handling throughout the production process. This added precision helps improve positioning consistency and overall transfer quality, especially in continuous production environments.

With flexible batch modes of 5, 10, or 15 mugs per cycle, the system can adapt to both small custom jobs and higher-volume orders. Capable of producing over 230 mugs per hour, it is designed to help users scale production efficiently without sacrificing consistency.

The machine is also equipped with a powerful touchscreen PLC control system, making operation more intuitive and simplifying production management. A bottom-heating configuration helps improve color performance on mug base transfer areas, producing richer and more attractive results. At the output end, an integrated cold-air cooling system helps mugs cool down more quickly, making them easier to handle and more convenient for downstream packaging.

Built for productivity, precision, and ease of use, the XM15-Station Robotic Auto Mug Heat Press is an ideal solution for businesses looking to automate and upgrade mug transfer production.
