APEX X6 - 6 Station 16” x 20” Fully Automatic Rotary Heat Press - With Preheat

APEX X Series Automatic Transfer System

Built for high-volume DTF and heat transfer production, the APEX X Series is designed to deliver faster output, greater consistency, and lower labor dependence in demanding production environments.

With the ability to process up to 420 garments per hour with minimal labor, the APEX X Series Automatic Transfer System helps standardize heat transfer application through automated pressing, controlled settings, and precise pallet movement. Available in configurations with 1 to 4 heat press stations on a 4 - 8 pallet platform, it is engineered for efficient, repeatable production at scale.

A 10.4" machine-mounted touchscreen interface gives operators clear and convenient control over system functions and production settings. Built with heavy-duty steel and premium-grade components, the APEX X Series is made for continuous industrial use where durability and reliability are essential.

Its digitally controlled heat press stations do more than apply transfers. They also help flatten garment fibers and introduce residual heat that can improve downstream processes such as pretreat application and white ink flash efficiency.

Stable pallet arms provide the support needed for accurate garment positioning and consistent print quality. The system also helps operators align garments and cut pieces more precisely, reducing handling errors and speeding up pallet changeover during production.

Designed for decorators and manufacturers who need higher output, more repeatable results, and more efficient workflow, the APEX X Series brings industrial-level automation to modern heat transfer production.
