APEX XC-37 Fully Automatic DTF Film Cutter

APEX XC-37 Fully Automatic DTF Film Cutter

APEX XC-37 Fully Automatic DTF Film Cutter is built for DTF shops that need faster output, cleaner cutting, and a more efficient finishing workflow. Designed for film rolls up to 37.3" wide, it handles PET, PVC, and other common film materials with stable, high-precision performance.

With cutting speed of up to 300 meters per hour, the XC-37 is designed for continuous production and can support the output of up to 4 DTF printers, making it a highly efficient finishing solution for growing operations.

A key advantage of the APEX XC-37 is its cutting system. The cross-cutting blade is rated for up to 1,000,000 cycles, supporting long-term durability in demanding production environments. In addition, the machine uses an exclusive pneumatic cutting knife, delivering more precise cutting action and cleaner separation for improved accuracy and more effective cut-off performance. Pneumatic and automated cutting systems are commonly marketed for precision, cleaner cuts, and reduced operator intervention in industrial film workflows.

Stop relying on manual cutting. The APEX XC-37 helps reduce labor, save time, and lower material waste while creating a smoother, more profitable production process. For shops looking to scale efficiently, it is the smarter alternative to hand cutting.
