Kern DG-01 Glitter DTF Film Roll

Most "glitter DTF" is just standard film with loose glitter powder shaken on top — it looks great on day one and sheds fast. Kern's DG-01 is built differently: the glitter is bonded directly into the film's coating layer at the factory, so every inch carries the same fine, sand-like shimmer before you've printed anything. Rated for 50 wash cycles with no shedding or pattern breakdown, it holds up through an entire season of washing instead of a few weeks.

Runs on your existing DTF workflow — print, apply your standard adhesive powder, cure, press. No manual glitter step, no special profile. Supports both hot and cold peel.

Heat press settings: 290–320°F, 8–12 seconds, medium pressure, hot or cold peel. Second 5-second press with parchment recommended for max durability.
