McLogan Green Blockout

Mclogan Green Blockout is a medium viscosity, water soluble green block-out designed to fill pin holes and open areas of the screen not covered by the emulsion. This product is made for plastisol and solvent based inks. It will not work for waterbase inks. 

Directions:

When the screen is dry and free of contaminants, pour block-out on the squeegee side of the screen. Spread over the open areas of the screen utill completely filled. Touch up all defects, including heavy blobs which tend to dry on the outside and pop of or smear during printing. When using fine mesh counts, you may reduce viscosity of the block out by adding a little water. To remove block-out just remove ink and remove block-out with water.
