The RC-300 Series replaces the step-by-step movement of conventional rotary printing with a true helical printing system. The printable object is securely gripped and continuously rotated as the graphics are applied in a spiral motion around its surface.

The system dynamically adjusts ink jetting to compensate for surface height variations, helping maintain smooth, sharp output on parallel, tapered, convex, and concave objects.

Smart Jet Control supports surface height differences of up to 7 mm, excluding the standard 3 mm printhead gap, giving businesses greater freedom to decorate products that go beyond basic straight-wall cylinders.
