Create Custom Appliqué Designs with Stahls' 100% Polyester Twill

Stahls' 100% polyester twill is the perfect material for crafting custom appliqué designs. This durable fabric comes with a heat-activated adhesive that holds your design securely in place while you sew, ensuring ease and precision during application.

For cutting intricate designs, use Magic Mask® High Tack as a carrier to stabilize the material when working with a vinyl cutter. Keep in mind, sewing is required to prevent fraying around the edges.

For 2-color appliqué designs, we recommend using PS Poly-TWILL for the foreground, which is also available in convenient 51" rolls for larger projects.
