Wide-format UV printing with integrated cutting
The LG-640 pairs TrueVIS print quality with UV-LED curing and contour cutting. Its built-in curing lamp sets ink during printing, so finished graphics can move quickly into cutting, application, or other finishing steps. The 64-inch format supports large graphics and production runs, while the integrated cutter makes it easier to deliver precisely shaped work without a separate cutting machine.
Staggered printheads, automated calibration, an adjustable take-up unit, and a 7-inch touchscreen support repeatable production. Roland lists a maximum speed of 343 sq. ft. per hour at 720 × 600 dpi; actual throughput varies with ink configuration, media, and print mode.
